1. What services does Silver Fox Freight Management offer?

We offer freight dispatching services for owner-operators and small fleets, including load booking, rate negotiation, invoicing, broker credit checks, signing rate confirmations, and back-office support. However, if a broker fails to pay you, we DO NOT offer collection assistance at this time. We get paid when you get paid, so you do not have to pay us upfront. Our dispatch fee will be invoiced each week on Friday.

2. Do I need my own operating authority to work with Silver Fox Freight?

Yes.  All carriers must have an MC Authority that has been ACTIVE for at least 180 DAYS/6 MONTHS, general auto liability and cargo insurance, and a signed Dispatcher-Carrier Agreement to work with us. 

3. What types of equipment do you dispatch for?

We specialize in dispatching for Box Trucks, Flatbeds, Dry Vans, Reefers, and Hotshots.

4. Do you provide 24/7 dispatch services?

Yes. We offer 24/7 dispatch support for clients who require around-the-clock coverage. 

5. How do I sign up with Silver Fox Freight?

To sign up to partner with Silver Fox Freight Management, please submit the forms and supporting documents (located on the Pricing and Onboarding Forms page on our website), to us at info@silverfoxfreight.com. Once submitted, we will review your documents and contact you with next steps. The application review process may take up to 5 business days. 

6. What documents do I need to submit to sign up?

Please submit the following documents:

• Photo of CDL or Non-CDL (front and back)
• Carrier Profile Form
• MC Authority Letter
• Notice of Assignment Letter (if you use a factoring company)
• Signed Dispatcher-Carrier Agreement
• Signed Limited Power of Attorney Form
• Copy of Special Certifications (TWIC, TSA, HazMat, etc.)
